Based on the solid foundation of more than 30 years' combined industry experience, brothers Nathan and Andreas established Ausfleet Civil & Mining in 2018. Known as "The Dozer Bros", Nathan and Andreas know how to run a job, and have passed their comprehensive skills and strong work ethic onto our team members.

As our operations manager, Nathan determines your requirements, then organises everything you need. He manages everything while our team is on site, when we come off a project and when it's finished up. He enjoys supporting our clients and being involved in the day-to-day operations of the project, as well as placing the right people and machinery for each job.
Nathan is passionate about his role and dedicated to eliminating downtime and high turnover of personnel. He understands clients need quality equipment and experienced people to do the work well, so he organises personnel who know their job and follow procedures.
Nathan is your first point of contact at Ausfleet Civil & Mining, and he is readily available to chat at any time about how we can best service your personnel or equipment requirements.
Andreas handles all the administration and PR work, all the hiring of personnel and liaises with our clients' contracts team to get the ball rolling on each project. He enjoys being present on site, to share his expertise and knowledge, and offer his skills as an operator.
With a strong work ethic, Andreas is highly motivated and has a passion for the work we do at Ausfleet.
